HOW BOOKING WORKS
Policies for sessions, remote work, credits/royalties, and deliverables.
Cancellations
Cancellations 2+ days before: free.
Day before: 50% of the booked session fee.
Same day / no-show: 100%.
Revisions
Remote services include 2 revision rounds. Additional rounds are ¥2,000 per round.
Credits
Unless a buyout is purchased, credit is required on releases and public posts (YouTube, Spotify, etc.). Use one of the following as appropriate:
Vocals: “Feat. Vasilisk” or “Vocal: Vasilisk”
Production: “Produced by Vasilisk”
Arrangement: “Arranged by Vasilisk”
Royalties (Streaming / Commercial Release)
For commercial distribution (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), credits may be paired with a royalty split using your distributor’s split tools (TuneCore, DistroKid, etc.), depending on scope and contribution. Typical splits:
Vocal feature: 5–10% (master)
Topline + vocal: 20–33% (composition)
Full production: 20–50% (master)
Splits depend on contribution and are agreed in writing before release.
Buyout
If you want full ownership and no credits (ghost work), a buyout is available at 2× the listed service fee.
Example: ¥40,000 vocal → ¥80,000 buyout.
Data retention
Session files are stored for 3 months. Please back up your delivered files promptly.
